Tradesmen
We are committed to employing operatives of the highest caliber with all trainees and prospective employees closely supervised by senior tradesmen prior to becoming full-time members of staff. Working closely with dedicated project managers, who liaise with other contractors and site managers in a professional manner, ensures the smooth running of all our installations. It is our company policy that all operatives hold CSCS cards.

Health & Safety
At JB Tiling we take an active interest in developing site awareness of health and safety issues, from the production of method statements, COSSH and risk assessments to conveying important information to on-site operatives and ensuring that all procedures are strictly adhered to and recorded. All operatives are made aware of potential hazards on-site and always wear the correct PPE.

Site management have overall responsibility for health and safety onsite and are tasked with regular ‘toolbox talks’ to ensue a safe and secure working environment.

Technical
Using the latest software we are able to provide our clients with detailed M40 specifications that comply with BS & ISO standards.

Technology & Design
At JB Tiling our management team are familiar with various project management systems such as BIW and DOME allowing us to work effectively with online CAD drawings, specifications and RFI’s as well as completing online O&M’s

Management
We are committed to keeping all Management Systems under constant review in order to continuously improve our service. All staff at JB Tiling are encouraged to take an active role in identifying possible improvements to our service offering from the ground up which promotes an attention to detail and quality service provision at all levels.
