Based in Redhill (Surrey), we are well positioned to provide services throughout London and the South East, specialising in the supply and installation of ceramic wall and floor tiling.
Since being established in 1999 by founder Julian Brown we have gone from strength to strength and in July 2008, JB Tiling became incorporated to JB Tiling Ceramics Limited. From a history of providing services to some of the South-East’s most respected tiling contractors we are now supplying and installing wall and floor tiling to leading developers both in the Commercial and New Home Sectors throughout the UK.
Working directly with both architects and builders across all stages of every project we are able to ensure our work is finished to the very highest standards of quality. Our trained and experienced teams of operatives, working closely with our management team, are able to complete every project as planned, always on time and within budget.
Keys to our success:
- Commitment to quality. From ensuring we use the correct adhesives and grouts (all of which come with a 10 year guarantee) to ensure thorough training of our trainees and apprentices. To further ensure our standards of quality we are members of the Tile Association and all of our work is fixed in accordance with current British Standards.
- Repeat business. Our quality of work and commitment to quality over the years have ensured repeat business through contractors such as Wates Construction Ltd, Charles Church, Antler Homes, Wilson & Wylie and Dyson Briggs & Son.
- Scalability. The experience and financial capacity to service projects of any size for developers and contractors alike.
- High-quality employees. We are committed to employing operatives of the highest caliber with all trainees and prospective employees closely supervised by senior tradesmen prior to becoming full-time members of staff. It is our company policy that all operatives hold CSCS cards.
- Project management. Working closely with dedicated project managers, who liaise with other contractors and site managers in a professional manner, ensures the smooth running of all our installations.
- Management system reviews. We are committed to keeping all Management Systems under constant review in order to continuously improve our service. All staff at JB Tiling are encouraged to take an active role in identifying possible improvements to our service offering from the ground up which promotes an attention to detail and quality service provision at all levels.
- After sales. We view after sale support as critical to our total service offering and our aim to continually improve the quality of our work.
- Health and safety. At JB Tiling we take an active interest in developing site awareness of health and safety issues, from the production of method statements, COSSH and risk assessments to conveying important information to on-site operatives and ensuring that all procedures are strictly adhered to and recorded.
